Section 1 — Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the vpbat platform and all of its services. When you browse the vpbat website, create an account, or use any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If discovered, all accounts may be suspended and deposited funds forfeited.
Accurate Information
It is mandatory to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of account registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure.

Section 3 — Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Terms
Before requesting a withdrawal, the user may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). If an active bonus is present, withdrawal may be held until the wagering requirements are met.
Fraudulent Transactions
If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent transactions is found on any account, vpbat reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and may notify the relevant authorities.
Section 4 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers
vpbat offers various promotional offers and bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific conditions, and it is important to read these conditions carefully.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount only). For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
- Bonus balance is not directly withdrawable — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements are met.
- The same member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- vpbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.
VIP Program
vpbat's VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier is based on the user's overall activity on the platform. Cashback bonuses are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Section 5 — Betting & Gaming Rules
vpbat provides gaming services across three main categories: sportsbook, live casino, and slots. Certain specific rules must be followed in each category.
Sports Betting
In sports betting, a bet placed by the user is considered final. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, vpbat will act in accordance with the applicable policy. We do not guarantee the result, score, or date of any specific match.
Live Casino
In live casino games, the real-time dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical error, the relevant round may be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. All live games are conducted under a fair play policy.
Slots & RNG Games
The outcomes of slots and other RNG (Random Number Generator) driven games are fully automated and impartial. Each spin or round is conducted independently. Previous results do not influence future results.
Bet Limits & Manipulation
If any user attempts to gain an advantage through automated software, bots, arbitrage, or any fraudulent method, their account will be permanently closed.
Section 6 — Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions

Consequences of Violations
If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, vpbat may take the following actions: temporarily or permanently suspend the account, cancel all bonuses and winnings, forfeit illegal funds, and notify law enforcement agencies.

Severability of Terms
If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to be fully in effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between vpbat and the user, and replace any prior oral or written understanding.
No Waiver of Rights
If vpbat does not enforce any clause of these terms at a particular time, it does not mean that we have waived that clause. We reserve the right to enforce that clause at any time in the future.
Language of Communication
